Isabelle Martin-Quirke brings 26 years of experience in international and multicultural working environments to Alterialis. For over 20 years at Electronic Arts and VMware, she held senior localization operations and international management roles, leading multilingual programmes and coordinating globally distributed teams and suppliers. This work built a deep, practical understanding of cross-cultural collaboration, global communication and international management.
A qualified adult trainer and CELTA-certified, Isabelle designs and delivers training in intercultural communication, international management and business English. She has also designed and delivered intercultural training at EKLYA School of Business. She works with companies, training organisations, managers and professionals operating in multicultural environments. Based near Lyon, France, she works in both French and English. She founded Alterialis to help professionals communicate, collaborate and lead more effectively across cultures, turning differences into strengths.
